Straight answers, no fine print. Course bundle has a 30-day / <50% refund window. Dashboard membership has no refund but you can cancel in one click, any time. The full text is below.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of your course purchase to request a refund, provided you have completed less than 50% of the course content (lesson progress is tracked automatically in your dashboard).
Both conditions are required— the 30-day window and the <50% completion threshold. A request received on day 31 is not eligible. A request on day 15 from an account showing 60% course completion is not eligible. This is explicit so nobody is surprised.
Once a refund is issued, your course access is revoked. You cannot re-purchase the course bundle at the same introductory price once refunded.
The dashboard membership is a recurring $97/month subscription. This tier does not qualify for refunds — not pro-rated, not partial, not retroactive. What it does offer is simple: cancel any time, with no questions asked and no retention friction.
Billing errors are separate from refund policy. If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, charge after cancellation, wrong amount), email support@mypracticeacademy.com and we will investigate and correct the charge within 5 business days. This is a correction, not a refund.

Your dashboard membership automatically renews each month at $97 until you cancel. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date. The renewal amount, frequency, and the no-refund / cancel-anytime policy are shown at checkout before you complete the purchase. You can cancel any time using any of the three methods in Section 5 without calling us.
For California residents: the one-click cancel button in Settings → Billingsatisfies California’s Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) click-to-cancel requirement. No call, no chat, no retention step required.
