Action-Based Guarantee

Do the work in 30 days. If the program doesn’t deliver actionable instruction toward launching your aesthetic practice, you get a full refund. The conditions are objective and verifiable, the mechanism is short, and the exclusions are stated upfront. Read on.

1. The Short Version

The Action-Based Guarantee is a refund pathway for the bundle purchase ($1,997 one-time). It rewards you for actually engaging with the program before deciding it didn’t fit.

Do the work in the first 30 days — complete the Practice Blueprint course, submit your 90-day launch worksheet, attend one Sal AI coaching session, and write us a clear note on why the program didn’t deliver actionable instruction — and you’re eligible for a full refund.

What this guarantee is not: a promise of income, revenue, or business success. No program can guarantee those, and we don’t pretend to. This guarantees the program delivers actionable, applicable instruction — nothing more, nothing less.

2. The Conditions (read carefully)

The Action-Based Guarantee covers your bundle purchase under the following conditions:

Within 30 days of your purchase, if you complete the following and the program does not provide actionable, applicable instruction toward launching your aesthetic practice, you are eligible for a full refund:

  1. Complete the Practice Blueprint course start to finish.
  2. Submit your state-specific 90-day launch worksheet.
  3. Attend or watch one live or recorded Sal AI coaching session.
  4. Email support@mypracticeacademy.com with your completed materials and a written explanation of why the program did not meet expectations.

All four conditions are required. The guarantee is not retroactive — it must be requested within the 30-day window from purchase date.

3. How a Refund Works

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  1. Email support@mypracticeacademy.com with subject line: Action-Based Guarantee Refund Request.
  2. Attach your completed 90-day launch worksheet and confirm the Practice Blueprint course is marked complete in your dashboard.
  3. Include a clear, specific written explanation of why the program did not provide actionable instruction toward your practice launch.

Review timeline: we review every request within 5 business days. We may ask a follow-up question or two to confirm the action items were completed.

Processing timeline:approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. What This Guarantee Does NOT Cover

  • Income or revenue outcomes. No course program can guarantee business success. The Action-Based Guarantee covers instructional quality, not financial results.
  • Refunds requested after the 30-day window from your original purchase date.
  • Members who have not completed all four action items above. Incomplete = ineligible under this pathway. (You may still qualify under our standard refund policy — see /refunds.)
  • Good-faith protection — download-and-dump: members who have downloaded all course materials AND request a refund within the final 48 hours of the 30-day window are not eligible under this guarantee. (This protects us from bad-faith scrape-then-refund, not from real evaluators.)
  • Sal AI dashboard membership ($97/month). The Action-Based Guarantee covers the one-time bundle purchase. Dashboard membership follows the no-refund / cancel-anytime policy at /refunds.
  • Add-on products purchased separately (course upgrades, individual modules, etc.) follow the terms stated at their respective checkout pages.

5. How This Relates to the Standard Refund Policy

MPA actually offers two refund pathways on the bundle. You qualify under either, whichever fits your situation:

  • Standard Refund Policy (see /refunds): 30-day window AND less than 50% course completion. Both conditions required. This is the path for buyers who realized quickly the program isn’t a fit.
  • Action-Based Guarantee(this page): complete all four action items within 30 days AND submit a written explanation. This is the path for buyers who gave the program a real shot, did the work, and still concluded it didn’t deliver.

If you qualify under either, you get the refund. We don’t make you pick the narrower path.

6. Why an Action-Based Guarantee, Not an Income Guarantee

A lot of programs market “make money back or your purchase refunded” guarantees. The FTC has been clear since the 2023 Endorsement Guides revision that those are deceptive: no program can control what an individual buyer does after they finish, so guaranteeing the outcome creates an implicit representation the seller can’t back up.

Action-based is the alternative. We guarantee what we actually control: the instructional quality. We measure your engagement (the four action items above), and if you’ve done the work and the instruction didn’t deliver actionable, applicable guidance, we refund you. We can’t guarantee your practice launches profitably in 90 days — nobody honestly can. We can guarantee the plan is real, the protocols are real, and the AI coaching is real.

7. Updates to This Guarantee

We may update this page as the program evolves (new courses, new modules, new coaching formats). The guarantee terms in effect on the date of your purchase are the ones that bind us. We do not retroactively change the rules on existing members.

Substantial changes are noted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, emailed to active members.
